How to find the right Yoga practice for your needs? Yoga in its variety and beauty can sometimes be very overwhelming. Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Aerial, Restorative, Acro, ... and the list goes on and on and on. Pretty confusing, I agree. But no worries, Yoga has the solution. Yoga IS the solution :)
As Yoga offers so many different styles, there will be for sure one style which fits best for your needs.
The first question you may want to answer: what do I expect from a Yoga Class? To make it more easier for you, lets divide the question into two categories: Do I want a total relaxation of both body and mind or do I need a bit more of an "exercise" during the practice? If you want both - even better :)
